    This is a scholarship from the Theatre department and is only applicable to Theatre Majors (Sophomore-Senior). This application form is applicable for Theatre Department Scholarships only. There is limited funding and this application does not guarantee a scholarship gift to every applicant. Please complete this form if you are interested in a scholarship. Just because you have completed this form, does not guarantee acceptance. *You must have a 2.87 GPA to qualify
