Late Fee Appeal


    This form allows students to request reconsideration of a late fee that has been assessed to their student account. Late fees are charged when financial settlement has not been completed by the published deadline or a payment plan installment has not been made.

    The purpose of this form is to determine whether the fee was assessed despite reasonable efforts by the student to meet financial obligations.

    By submitting this appeal, students also acknowledge that late fees of 1.24% of the outstanding balance are charged monthly until a payment plan is in place or the balance is resolved. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee removal of the fee.
