OISVS Student Arrival Form

All students should plan to arrive in Abilene in time for move-in. Residence Life will offer an early move-in time for international students with prior approval. Students wishing to move in early outside of this date are required to get approval at least 48 hours in advance.

Without prior approval, students will be responsible for making arrangements for your own accommodations.
Please also be aware that students will NOT be permitted to move into their residence halls until you have completed financial settlement and received your meningitis vaccination.

Please note that ACU complimentary pick-ups will only be from the Abilene Regional Airport. If your final destination is Dallas Ft. Worth (DFW), you will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements from DFW to Abilene.
