    SUMMER HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES

    Current Student Opportunities

    We are excited to be offering extended summer housing for current Freshmen and Sophomores for Summer 2026! We will be utilizing Barret Hall for Summer Sessions I and II (May 10th-June 20th). Students wishing to stay on campus for the full summer (May 10th-July 31st) will be housed in Smith-Adams Hall. Extended summer housing is on a first come, first serve basis. Students needing summer housing must sign up by Wednesday, April 19th, 2026.

    Rates:
    • Summer I (May 10 - May 30)
      • $425 for shared room in Barret Hall
      • $575 for single room in Barret Hall
    • Summer II (May 31 - June 20)
      • $425 for shared room in Barret Hall
      • $575 for single room in Barret Hall
    • Combined Summer I & II Terms (May 10 - June 20)
      • $775 for shared room in Barret Hall
      • $925 for single room in Barret Hall
    • Full Summer (May 10 - July 31 1)
      • $1,200 for shared room in Smith-Adams Hall
      • $1,850 for single room in Smith-Adams Hall
    • All summer housing charges will be billed to student accounts prior to their stay.

    Those who have summer housing will remain in their current rooms until Friday, May 15th, which is when students will move into their summer space assigned to them. More information on the check out/check in process for this will be sent out to students later this semester after applications are closed and housing assignments are made.

    Early Move-In Information
    Please see the following move-in dates for Fall 2026:
    • New Student Move-In: Tuesday, August 18
    • Returning Student Move-In: Saturday & Sunday, August 22-23
    Students are not permitted to move in early without sponsorship from a university organization. If you are needing to return to the residence hall earlier than your prescribed move-in date, please contact your sponsoring organization.
