Leadership Camps Staff Application

Each year, ACU Leadership Camps hire around 50 college students to work throughout the summer at all of our camp sessions. Specifically, we hire a Leadership Team (head counselors, assistant directors, worship coordinators), Counselors, an Office Assistant, a First Aid Team, and a Media Team. Applications open each year in early November.

After applying, you may be invited into an interview process that culminates with staff hiring at the end of February each year. Beginning in March of each year, our staff gathers weekly to pray, train, and prepare how to best meet the needs of our campers - both individually and in a group setting. With a focus on making disciples of Jesus, our staff encourages campers as they grow in their faith, build new friendships, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.

Our summer staff have proven to be some of the finest college students you could ever hope to meet. Each one is well-trained in meeting the needs of young people and is committed to making a difference… one camper at a time.

Camp Training Kick-Off - March 1 (8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.)
Camp Staff Training - March 4 & all Tuesdays in April (6 p.m.-7:30 p.m.)
